Payment

We accept all major credit cards, checks and cash. Payment for pieces through our online gallery will be processed through your choice of credit card or by using PayPal. If you are interested in placing a special order, please call us and we would be happy to arrange for payment of a deposit by credit card over the phone.

Shipping

We typically use UPS, USPS and FedEx. In addition, Engraving Technologies will ship internationally through USPS. 

Refunds and Exchanges

We cannot accept any returns on personalized items, however if you purchased an item unengraved, we will be happy to refund your purchase within 30 days. Return shipping costs and safe return are the responsibilities of the customer.

When you decide to purchase from Engraving Technologies, Inc., you agree to hold Engraving Technologies, Inc. harmless from any loss, damage or injury due to any products purchased from us. Our maximum liability to you is the amount you paid for the item(s) purchased.
